42% Fat Reduced Cocoa Solids, Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Sugar, Whole Milk powder, Broad Spectrum hemp extract (CBD)

May contain traces of Soy, Nuts & Milk

SUGGESTED USE

Nibble away! About 1/4 of a bar will give you a 20mg dose which is perfect, but if you cant help but to eat more then go for it! We recommend you not to exceed 200mg in a day though - this is 75mg per bar.
