Who are Beauty Chef?
The Beauty Chef was founded by Carla Oates back in 2009 when she understood and noticed from personal experience the relation between our gut health and our skin. It all started with their original blend GLOW and has now developed with a whole range of products, all adapted to different skin issues.

The our skin appears skin is very affected by external factors like pollution, the type of air, the UV sun rays. That's why it's important to have a proper skincare routine, to make sure you are protecting your skin during the day and repairing it at night.
